Boost energy density of feed
Refined industrial animal fat (lard, beef tallow, mutton fat and rendered waste animal grease) serves as high-energy feed lipid additive. It provides far higher calorific value than carbohydrates and proteins, effectively raising the overall energy level of compound feed, cutting feed intake per unit weight gain and improving feed conversion ratio for pigs, broilers, beef cattle and aquatic species.
Promote animal growth and weight gain
Supplemental animal fat accelerates daily weight gain of livestock and poultry, shortens breeding cycles and raises breeding economic benefits. It supplies saturated and unsaturated fatty acids required by animals, and facilitates absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K in feed.
Improve livestock and fur animal quality
For livestock and poultry: Increase intramuscular fat content, enhance meat juiciness and flavor; raise milk fat rate of dairy cows and milk goats.

Optimize feed processing performance
Adding animal fat reduces friction between feed raw materials during granulation. It lowers equipment wear, improves pellet forming rate and pellet hardness, reduces powder residue, and decreases dust generation in feed workshops. Meanwhile, it inhibits feed dusting and improves palatability to raise animal feed intake.
Cost optimization for feed manufacturers
Animal fat is cheaper than refined edible vegetable oil as energy supplement. Mixed use with vegetable acid oil and UCO can stabilize raw material supply and effectively lower comprehensive feed production costs.
Production pre-treatment requirements
Raw animal fat must undergo deep filtration, impurity separation and high-temperature refining to remove gums, peroxides, protein residues and harmful oxidation substances before being incorporated into feed, complying with national feed hygiene standards to avoid animal gastrointestinal disorders.
