Basic Environmental Requirements
Temperature and Humidity Control: Store in a cool, dry area; avoid high-temperature and high-humidity environments to prevent accelerated oxidation or emulsification/deterioration caused by moisture contamination.
Isolation from Ignition Sources: Keep away from open flames, high-heat sources, and strong oxidizing agents; vapors mixed with air can form explosive mixtures that may ignite upon contact with an open flame.
Container and Storage Specifications
Container Requirements: Containers must be clean; materials compatible with the oil-such as low-carbon stainless steel-are preferred, equipped with seals made of materials like fluororubber or PTFE.
Sealing and Protection: Maintain a sealed state throughout storage; strictly prevent the ingress of moisture or mechanical impurities to avoid degradation of oil performance.
Segregated Storage: Store different types and batches of industrial-grade mixed oils separately; strictly prohibit co-storage with oils that could trigger chemical reactions. If co-storage is necessary, compatibility testing must be conducted beforehand to confirm the absence of adverse reactions.
